Regina is the capital of Saskatchewan, the "Queen City" built on the flat prairie around the man-made Wascana Lake. Its centrepiece is Wascana Centre, one of the largest urban parks in North America, wrapping the Saskatchewan Legislative Building, the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, and miles of lakeside pathway. The city pairs a walkable, historic core — the Cathedral neighbourhood and downtown's Victoria Park — with some of the most affordable housing of any Canadian city, and it runs on one of the country's loudest sports cultures: Rider Nation, and a packed Mosaic Stadium for every Roughriders home game.

The Lifestyle

Mornings often mean a loop around Wascana Lake or a coffee on 13th Avenue before a quick drive to work. Lunch is whatever downtown or Cathedral offers — a patio, a deli, a quick bite near the park.
