  • Tenant Relations:  Accessible, approachable, and courteous interaction with tenants to maintain property stability.
  • Preventative Maintenance Programs: Set up and designed to extend the economic life of the structure, secure your investment value and reduce non-recoverable expenses.
  • Accountability: Clear and concise computerized monthly reports, including complete up-to-date financial statements.
  • Occupancy Reports: Completed on a weekly basis with monthly reports sent to owner.
  • Security Deposits: Held in a separate trust account. Adjustments made on move out.
  • Move In / Out Reports: Completed and signed by tenant.
