The building is quiet, and the neighbors are good and professional. The interior design is good, especially the windows that hold noise from vehicular traffic. I face the North side of the building therefore we enjoy all of the sunshine. The location is basically what I wanted for accessibility to school and work, including the bus stop just a few meters from the building entrance.
